Mind/Body/Spirit Connection Meditation with Void - Solar Plexus
This will be a 7 week series of guided meditation based classes honing in on one chakra per week, beginning with the root chakra on may 4th and ending with the crown chakra on June 29th.

About the Event
We'll be using sound, breath, guided imagery, herbs, and chanting and minor movement (when relevant) to tap into each energy center and better understand the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
Price for attendance will be $40 per class or $250 for the entire series
